Project Description

Mains upgrade to a 200amp 3 phase supply.

In the basement which was fantastic to install with plenty of space to install the equipment.

From the intake we installed 95mm tails to a 200amp Ryefield which seperated the restaurant from the 6 flats above. Maximum demand on the install was 118KVA allocated for the restaurant and only 12KVA for the flats. Myself and the UPKN agreed on these calculations prior to the install.

From the Ryefield we installed a new 200amp CT chamber, then out of that to an Eaton MEM panel board for all sub mains and the larger loads required for the kitchen equipment. Bread oven load was about 52kw.

1st floor we installed a fusebox 3 phase DB, not keen on them at all, first one we’ve installed and not enough room in my opinion.

Lighting track and other second fixing has started upstairs front on house, back of house and basement. More progress and finish pics to follow in the week.
